From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

SHUSH IT UP Ginger! Dummy head, big head. Mat Mat will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go to your side. NEVER! (Right Mattie?) The monkeydogs like treats just like the next and if that means getting a treat just because Fatneck has a celebration, then we take them. There. End of story.
Fatneck, I didn't get a treat to celebrate your ampuversary because my mom saw it too late. She said the moment had passed. I'm a poor treatless dog over here. Maybe someone can send me a treat?
Muwahahaha felt sorry for me for a second, didn't ya hahahhahahahha!!! - I got some new Splash Bomb Frisbee sponge toys instead! WAY better than a treat! Mom bought me a whole pack so Cosmo can play with the footballs and I get the frisbees!
Oh, I gotta go...the Splash Bomb toys are calling me!

FREAKY EARS, you didn't get a treat to celebrate my friend, Cooper's ampuversary for the same reason Denali didn't get one to celebrate mine. You are a Monkeybutt and we don't celebrate with Monkeybutts…except maybe Evelyn because she's still deciding, her ears aren't scary, and we hear Dakota likes her a little….

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
