Hi All,

Just wanted to share, I was contacted by this nice lady who writes a blog "Peace, Love & Whiskers".  She came across Jill's blog and wanted to share her story on her blog.  She posted her article today.  Enjoy!

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. That's our girl! Yay Jill!

I love what you said Erica:

She has been through so much, lost a toe, then a limb, then chemotherapy and not once has she lost her sweetness.

Bravo! Be sure to share this on our FB page.

What a wonderful tribute to all of the furry members of your family - but especially Jill!

I love how you shared about how Jill's experience has affected you....I think that is really an important message to get out!

Hurray for Jill, Jack, Belle and, of course, Erica :)

Hugs

I saw it on Jill's FB page! AWESOME!!! I didn't know Jack came first ... and I never made the  connection between "Jack and Jill" ... but all in all - what a great spotlight article! Loved it.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Great article about Jill and her journey. It's wonderful that's it shared out there to help others, as a resource and also for inspiration.

Can I be her PR person, I swear she's the most famous kitty !
