Well, it's been one month since Tucker had his surgery-he is doing extremely well. He's getting stronger and stronger every day. Our vet did a write up on him on their Facebook page. I'm not exactly sure how to share this article. The vet is Lakeland Veterinary Hospital-Baxter, MN. I not only expressed thanks for their services but also to Tripawds.

Hi Everyone!

Well, it's been exactly two months since Tucker had his surgery, he has been doing extremely well. We have been cutting him back on all the treats because he needs to lose another 10 pounds per doctors recommendation. He  definantly has his personality back. He is wanting to play more and more each day but I notice at times he would prefer to kick back and relax too. I know that he's still getting use to doing things on three and not to have such high expectations of what he could do when he had four. At times he will cry when he turns wrong. I'm sure the site is still healing.

I will post some pictures soon!

Lots of hugs!

Melissa

Woohooo! Yay Melissa, this is fantastic, you're doing great, especially helping him lose weight, that is so critical as you know. Keep an eye on when he cries out like that, it could indicate he's overdoing things, or just that the incision area is still sensitive. Try to note when exactly it happens so you can pinpoint the cause.

We would LOVE to see photos!

HI MELISSA AND TUCKER!!!

HAPPY TWO MONTH AMPUVERSARY!!!! That calls for steak and ice cream aroundnhere! Yeah, really!! A trip to Dairy Queen is definitely in order!!

I just caught up on some ofyour past pictures and post....n ot sure how I missed them. TUCKERIS SOOOOOO HANDSOME!!! What a cutie pie! Love these pics! Keep em coming!!

Being a Tripawd takes a whole lot of energy and effort! Sort spurts of play can tire them out very quickly. It doesn't matter at all now about how long he walks or how fast.....just as long as Tucker is thoroughly enjoying himself at a pace that's comfortable for him....that's just splendid!!!!

Many, many dogs traded in long walks and play time for more tummy rubs and just chilling as a couch potato by your side!!!

Ten pounds? Really??? That seems like a whole lot!!!! And he's already lost five???? Just looking at his pictures he does not seem overweight at all! Okay, maybe....maybe a few pounds but not another ten!!!! And they do make plenty of nutritional treats so he doesn't feel like he's being deprived.

Have you checked out K9 Immunity Plus supplements? It's like a treat yo h can give several times a day and it's loaded with good stuff. Many of us here feel like it helps with their energy. Check out the links on this site.

We're all cheering for y o u Tucker!!!! Have a wonder TWO MONTH AMPUVERSARY PAWTY and we lo o k forward to tons more!!!!

Hugs and love!

Happy two months Tucker!

He sounds like he is doing very well. It's such a nice feeling when you see their personalities come back after the recoup. Enjoy this wonderful celebration and all those many more that will follow.
