Barret was diagnosed with Hemangiopericytoma May 16, 2013. Front left leg/scapula/pectoral muscle was amputated on June 11, 2013 and we've never looked back. Follow our story on http://barret.t.....pawds.com/ and read my column on That Pet Blog
Toby is doing great after four rounds of chemo. Full of energy and back to his old self. The only limitation he has is not being able to go on long walks. After about a mile he is ready to call it quits and kick back on the top of our jacuzzi in the sun.

Toby you are SO handsome! I love the last one of you going AWWWWRRRRRRRRROOOOOOO! These pics are so cool, you've got to be in our 2015 calendar OK?
I'm so hoppy to hear things are good. And a mile long walk is pretty darn amazing, I'd say that's great! Remember though that if you poop out even that is too far. Be sure to check out this blog post for tips about getting strong.

Toby, you are wonderful! Love your vantage point for the howl. Murphy walks faster now than he did as a quad. It's easier for him. When he has to go slow, there is a little hippity hop between steps. Faster means a better gait for him.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

Luanne and Spirit Shooter
Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.

You look fantastic! Glad to hear chemo has gone well. We also find with Snoop we need to hold him back so he doesn't overdo. Keep up the good progress. We forgot to mention he is one handsome boy.

Thanks. It is his favorite spot to sunbathe and one day about a month ago I looked out and he was up there. He uses a bench that is next to the jacuzzi. It surprised me that he could get up there (and down 
).
