Wow what a great clinic! They have an English translation button on their website, what an awesome looking vet team Jara has to help her!
I'm seeing the videos are public, but there is some setting that will allow other people to add them to their playlists. I'll have to ask our Admin Guy when he returns. I would love to start a playlist for Tripawd videos en Espanol.

Good afternoon from Spain, an hour ago they gave Jara the first dose of chemotherapy (carboplatin).

Before the dose the doctor has done some analysis to see the neutrophils, she had 2.84 and the minimum is 2.
He has sent impromune to increase it neutrophils.
java is absolutely beautiful and she looks so happy! It doesn't look like being a tripawd had stopped her at all.
Brownie was given two to three months after amputation and lived an additional one year and eight days so don't go by statics.
The most important thing is she is happy and loved and it is very clear she is!
My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

Wooohoo! What a big day for her! She looks pretty relaxed with your vet, she's such a good girl. I'll bet she's tired now? Or maybe not, your girl has so much energy!
I will keep my paws crossed that she doesn't have any side effects. She could have less appetite but usually that doesn't last long. Did your vet give you anything to help with nausea or appetite? If not, and she does start to have side effects like that, let them know right away so they can give her a medication that will help her start feeling better (here those medications are called "Cerenia" and also "Entyce." I think those are their names in Europe too).

Manuel, I think I figured out why I can't add your videos to our playlist, even though they are public.
YouTube won't allow me to because the video is marked as "Made for Children." It's a setting when you upload a video, and it's really confusing.
What YouTube is asking is, "Did you make this video for kids?" If you ticked the box, they don't allow others to share it to their playlists. Can you do me a HUGE favor and go to edit the vide. Then uncheck that box in the "Video Details" page? Hope this makes sense.

Brownie1201 I hope I can enjoy Jara's company while you enjoy Brownie.
Jerry, my wife told me that this morning Jara really didn't want to eat, but in the end she ate all the food. This afternoon she has eaten it all.
Benny55, at the oncologist Jara she was so calm that she fell asleep on my arm and crushing herself, she would not let the carboplatin enter, because of the oncologist she noticed it.

Unfortunately Brownie passed a little over a year ago. But he lived a full life and passed when he was three weeks from being 13. I do miss him very much. I do have a new little monster in my life named Kenzie. She keeps me busy.
What kind of breed is Jara? She is so beautiful. Does she like to swim? I love seeing the videos! She is so happy

Jara is such a HAPPY dog!! She clearly knows how loved she is and is really, really doing well as a tripawd👍
Jara was soooo relaxed getting the chemo she fell asleep in your arms?? Now that is trust!!! Glad the Oncologist cau that the IV was being blocked. Good job!!
We are thrilled at how well Jara is doing. Nothing is holding her back from being her Happy self!!

Today we have had rehabilitation, everything has gone well and we do not have to return for two weeks, he has sent us exercises to do at home.
Yesterday we had a vet and he took her pills from her and said she was fine and happy.

Jara continues to amaze me on so many levels!! And she's soooo smart! She figured out very quickly she had to sit pretty to get those treats! Her balance is very good too, especially for being such a new tripawd
Just make sure the floor she's doing her exercises on isn't slippery. And it may not be...just throwing that out there.
Thanks again for sharing these videos of this Tripawd RockStar!!!! Such an inspiration for us all.
