She looks great! It doesn't even look like she's seeing pink elephants from the pain meds or anything like that, she looks really happy. Her medical staff sounds great, I'm glad they're keeping such a good eye on her and managing her pain meds.
We have our paws crossed she'll get to go home tomorrow. Keep us posted.

I cant believe Roxy is 13 years old, she looks so young. Must be all that puppy energy she has that keeps the wrinkles away. She seems to be doing great. Watching the video, it looks like she is adjusting pretty darn well.
Dont get discouraged if she has a few bad days. As everyone here can tell you, this journey has its shares of ups and downs. Once they are off all the medication, things just start to fall into place.
This site is a lifeline to so many of us that have been on this journey. With that said, please do no hesitate to ask questions. We have all been there, and there is a wealth of knowledge. Someone will be able to help you, because we have all been through it.
We will be by your side to celebrate her homecoming, her first poop, and every ampuversary. Keep us posted and you and Roxy will be in my thoughts.

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013.
