Well it was one year for Lace the begining of Novemebr and she's still doing great. We got our first snowstorm and she loves the snow! She is still getting around superbly and tries to sneak away when she can.. but she is NOT enjoying the cold weather. She much prefers to spend her time camped in front of our woodstove now!! Here are a few newer pics:
Lace's new coat (she actually really likes this coat and it fits her GREAT)
Hoppy Ampuversary Lacey! What a great milestone. Love the pictures.
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14
I can't begin to tell you how thrilled we are for you, and how much we look forward to your fantastic photos of Lacey and the gang!
Congratulations on reaching one year, I can't believe how quickly time goes by! Here's to many, many more!

Joan and Lily
Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.
I was soooooo excited when I saw your post! Yes, of course because it's a one year ampuversary but also because I knew great pictures were coming!! And you did not disappoint!
A woderful, wonderful celebration of a dog livingher life to the fullest! I LOVE this dog!
My Hapy Hannah nsist on being right by the woodstove and, even if she starts panting, she doesn't want ro move!
Gotta' scroll baxkup and look at these pics agai ! I love the one where she's gic g the camera a glance while she's cleaning her paw.....or giving herself a pedicure!
YAAAAAAAAY t Lacey and all her pack!
Love and hugs!
Sally and Happy Hannah
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Thank you all! She would appreciate the compliments too! Lace is definitely one of a kind and we wouldn't trade her for anything! Her accident didn't change a thing about her, she is probably more hard headed and stubborn now, which could be our fault for spoiling her for so long!! As much as she dislikes the cold she DOES seem to enjoy playing in the snow, we got about 10 in on Saturday night and another 2-4 today! Yuck! I hate winter!!
Benny, all our dogs (and cats) LOVE the woodstove, I think if the could lay on it they would!! Lace always had "her spot" on the couch but now she's moved "her spot" to directly in front of the stove!!
