I'm a big fan of the "Chet and Bernie" series of books. They are detective novels, written from the perspective of the detective's dog, Chet. There are now 14 books in the series, and they do not need to be read in order.

(BTW, Chet is just a normal dog, he can't talk. He understands some words, but is confused by others. Anyway, check it out, I love 'em.)
Anyway, every month a dog is chosen as Chet's "Friend of the month" on the authors blog and facebook page, and this month my tripawd Caroline was chosen.
She is very excited, and so am I!
