Hellooooooooo Tripawds members old and new!

It's been a little while since I was here (I have some problems with getting on the forum and being able to move around when I'm here but it seems much better today so maybe my problems are over?!!).

Anyway, I wanted to update on how my Darcy is doing and I also needed to invite you all to her very special party on 5th April (see the tripawd parties forum for the thread).

The 16th of this month saw us celebrating 17 months post diagnosis and amputation Big Grin  How fabulous Big Grin

Darcy is doing very well indeed at the moment and still keeps surprising us with new or naughty (puppy like) behaviours which make me grab the camera or laugh out loud.  All thing things you would normally discourage a dog from doing (like leaping on the furniture and drooling over your dinner plate) make for grins and applause in this house now LOL.  I'm sure you know what I mean Laugh

She's been on some lovely walks and although she does tire a little, she's still able and willing to continue.

She loved the snow we had in February

and she's been enjoying the warmer weather that we've been having for the past couple of weeks (well, when I say warm, I mean not raining and vile like it normally is at this time of year in the UK LOL)

So, that's where we are up to Cool

Darcy is now getting excited about her forthcoming 7th birthday party (see the other thread!!) and I'm busy panicing about organising it LOL.  But it will be worth it Big Grin

Darcy – tripawd since 16th October 2007.

These are wonderful pictures of Darcy. She is so beautiful! She is our giant breed Tripawd inspiration.  We are so thrilled to hear she is doing so well.
