Wow!! That is fantastic!! 35 months and going strong! What an inspiration to all of us. This defiintely calls for lots of celebrating!!

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Congrats Darcy!!! Glad to hear your heart is getting better! You gotta keep up that awesome record of yours for longest living with osteo diagosis!! Keep it up!!!

Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
Geeezzzzze Darcy, you manage to thrive (well except for that pesky heart thing) for 35 freakin months and your mom messes up the math?

We just learned today that Darcy has earned her wings.
On Sunday, January 29, 2012, four years after her diagnosis, her beautiful heart gave out. She was almost ten years old.
Run free Darcy, we love you.

I'm so sorry to hear Darcy's journey has come to an end. She was such an inspiration!

What an inspiration and a survivor. Unfortunately not many here can say they beat cancer, but Darcy did!
Sending strong, healing thoughts to Darcy's pack in the UK. May your happy memories of almost 10 years together make this next part of the journey just a bit easier.

Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. OH NO! I'm so sorry to hear! Darcy has always been with us! So sad.
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
