Hi all,
Tomorrow marks our 6 week anniversary of Gus officially joining the world of tripawds! He is doing so great! Here is a video of him playing with his "little" brother Guinness (8 month old dane, 115 lbs!)
We have had 2 rounds of chemo and no side effects! No traces of any mets either!
We are enjoying every day with him!
Thanks for all the support!

Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends

What a pair of fierce beasts!! Gus looks great, and has no trouble keeping up with little brother. Good to hear he is handling chemo OK too.
Oh- and around here we call them ampuversaries! The importance is two fold- on is of course to recognize the progress of our tripawds, the other is so we can hand out TREATS!!!! Burgers, fries, bacon, ice cream, flying dutchmen, green beans…. what ever works.

Gus looks fantastic - and Guinness has obviously decided the recovery period is over! We just did a round of chemo for a different cancer (not osteosarcoma), and had zero side effects. It was probably a different drug, but its possible Gus will just cruise on through ...
Good luck!
Love those urban ponies!!! So fierce. Glad to hear the Gus-man is doing so well!!!

That sounded like some serious growly play! Had to cut the audio as my little one was barking!
SO glad to hear Gus is doing well! Keep it up!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Great video! Gus and his bro are into having fun no matter how many legs are needed. Thank so much for posting this!
Keep up the fab spirit Gus!
hugs & wags
