Thanks so much for the encouraging words!
Ok, I had to chuckle about the pawty pooper. It's very possible I wasn't aware of how well she's doing at 4 months, so thank you very much for the reminder. I figured balancing on the raft would be a good exercise for her core. Maybe I should try it!
I look forward to posting many more hoppy updates (paws crossed). By the way, I like my margaritas on the rocks, no salt please.
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14
How did I miss this wonderful post?? THA''S WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL UPDATE!! Libby is invincible!
Amy, those pictures......the joy and happiness is just oozing through those photos! I love it when I tear up from happiness around here!
And her just, ping into the water.......her form is tat of an Olympian champion!!
Great job Amy...check!
We MUST see videos! It's of a "would you, could you, will you"......We MUST see videos!
I'm just so happy for you. Liberty looks great. She needs to be the diva model for that vest. Heck, I might buy one for Happy Hannah (don't have a pool or any water around here....do have a hose though!) just because Libby looks so good in it! Don't k ow if they make fat lady size though....maybe I could attach a little ruffled skirt to minimize her thighs.....err....one thigh!
KEEP ON DIVING INTO THE POOL OF HAPPINESS LIBBY!!
Sally and Happy Hannah
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Happy four month ampuversary, Libby!!! We are so impressed with how well you are doing I so agree with you; where would we ever be without all the people on Tripawds!! Plus, our furbabies, too.
Joan and Lily
Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.
You all are SO kind, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Lol, Sally...I swear I heard Libby ask me if the vest made her butt look big. I love the idea of the ruffle. 😀
