I am a mother of 4 children and currently have two dogs one who is 11yrs old and another who is 6months. Our 6month old is a lab retriever mix and his name is Ryder. He was struck by a car and his front right leg was severely damaged and had to have his leg amputated. I am hoping to get answers and a better understanding of how t care for him and help my children to deal with the process as well. I am thankful for any advice.
