I have never known until now what it is like to love another creature different from myself so much that I feel my heart beats because he is with me. Sammy is truly the dog of my dreams, every day I get to be with him feels like my world is better because we are together. Sammy is my joy, my light, my love.
He got diagnosed with osteosarcoma Aug. 2010, his amputation Aug. 2010 and it is my firm belief that Sammy will be cancer free forever. He will be in that lucky 10% that beats this. I see it every night in my dreams, we are going to win this life for him :) He passed on in February of 2012.
