Hello, I just recently got my little puppy leg amputated and I'm a newb for owning a three legged dog. Titus was abused by a heroin addict and got most likely thrown against a wall. He had three fractures on his leg and it had to be amputated. the vet said either take him to Toronto Vet immediately to get it in a cast and re-break his leg to set it and it will cost $5000 or amputate it now and it will cost $2000. Before Christmas we got him into surgery and he was a much happier puppy. This dog saved my life 3 times while I had 3 seizures. My friends watched me and debated if they should call an ambulance or not. I was overdosing on heroin and Meth. I'm now clean and Sober and a recovering addict.
