Timber was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2008. Amputation was not an option for him due to tumors found in multiple limbs, so treatment was palliative. Bisphosphonates, radiation, metronomic chemo, K9 Immunity, and lots of general spoiled rotten-ness worked well until his passing in February 2009.
