I'm one of those crazy over the top pet owners who is completely devoted to my 6 year old golden. Her name is Auggie and she is one of those goldens that just makes you smile every time you look at her. Whenever we take a walk she has to give every one love and even the most ardent anti-dog people light up. She's my constant companion and my 12 year old son's best friend. The rest of my biographical information seems completely irrelevant today because we just found out that Auggie likely has osteosarcoma bone tumor and my heart is breaking for her.
