I have a 7 year old Shepherd mix (80#) who just recently had his left front leg amputated due to osteosarcoma. I rescued him at 8wks old and he is just the best dog. I'm so glad that I found a community of people who know what this process feels like and can offer recommendations for how to best navigate this difficult journey.
