yup.... it wasnt there when we left on November 26th to go south....
but it was there when we got back on December 4th.....
another "effing" lump.. under the incision from the first M*A*S*H operation on October 25th.....
back to the vet this morning.... checked it out and yup... it's growing back... grrrrrrr
so.. back to the vet tomorrow morning at 8am to drop my goofy guy off to have a larger area removed...
and.. this time.. the vet is sending it away for analysis so that we know what we are dealing with...
cross your fingers and paws, and anything else that gravity will allow you to do for my Wilson boy....
we appreciate all good vibes, voodoo dances and naked midnight rituals around the firepit in the backyard!!
*sigh*
Christine... with Franklin in her heart
Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012. Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013. Always in my heart, and always a guardian angel of my pack... You can follow his Tripawd Adventures, before and after, in my blog, Frank'n'Farter!
Christine, I can relate to those nasty, all-of-a-sudden, wasn't there last week yucky lumps.......I do hope all of it is removed as well as it being nothing serious....but Wilson has the best guardian angel looking out for him.
Sending as positive thoughts and energy that I can, I certainly am not into voodoo dances, and it is a bit too cold right now to do naked midnight rituals around a fire pit, but maybe a genuine midnight cleansing snow dance in t-shirt and shorts for Wilson might be the way to go......
Keeping you and sweet boy in my thoughts and prayers as you deal with this, hopefully it will be the last time.....
Love,
Bonnie & Angel Polly
Oh Christine ... GRRRRR... I know how hard this is... and the waiting!
I'll definitely do a voodoo dance for you (it's 75 in LA today) and send you lots of prayers and healing energy ... hugs and love!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Grrr and double GRRRRRRRRR. Darn effing disease. Chris, we are all pulling for you & Mr Wilson. He has a bunch of Guardian Angels watching over him plus his main squeeze & Angel Franklin.
Hugs

Oh Christine! Thinking of you! The waiting is so hard. I am glad he is sending it to find out what it is. I agree, Wilson has a very large pack of guardian angels looking out for him. I may dance around my woodstove, but not the firepit, it is snowing here. I will keep as many body parts crossed as I can and send up some prayers also. Love from, Lori and Ty
