Hi Everyone,
My name is Courtney My dog Miracle whom is 9 years old has been diagnosed with cancer on April 15th 2024. The animal hospital she went to stated she should get her right hind leg removed and that she can live without the leg. I have applied to grants and I used my care credit already. I am actually not sure what to do in this case and very much clueless and terrified. I rescued miracle in 2015 and she has been by my side since. I really can't picture my life without her and I need a lot of guidance on this matter.

- What kind of dog is she?
- What kind of cancer do the vets think she has?
- How do they feel about her being a candidate for life on three legs?
- Does she have any other health issues?
- Is she getting any pain control right now?
Have you seen the Tripawds ASAP Grant? It might be able to help with amputation surgery costs if you qualify. Check it out and if you do qualify we are taking applications again starting 6/1.
