Buddy is going very well. He wants outside so bad. Tonight I let him off the leash and he went exploring a little. He is getting around better then I thought. He is still working on the balance when he does his bussiness. Thanks for all the well wishes

So glad to jear Buddy is handling things like a champ! It's still very, very early in recovery, so just shortnpotty breaks and back inside. How is he dealing with being a "house dog"? Once he discovers the sofa he may want to become an insdie couch potato!
He's still on pain meds and thst can interfere with balance too. He'll work things out. Vets say it takes about two weeks to get through the soreness of the major sjrgery and about thirty days to adjust all the muscles, joints, etc.to walking on three legs.
Is he eating and drinking okay? Pooping and peeing? Does the pain seem to be managed? Is he sleeping pretty good? How 'bout you....are you sleeping okay??
