Niki...Thanks for explaining the youtube thing. Yet another reason to get a REAL computer.
Just want to add one more thing.....Sweet Pepper had several issues going on, not the least of which was that eye tumor thing and probaly some other hidden tumors going on, as well as "senioritis", "Maturity" brings on a lot of age related issues. If swimming caused anything...it would have happened right then and there.
Here's what swimming did do however.....Pepper got to have THE most joyful swim EVER!! She was soooooo happy to be able to "take a dip"....to do what she loved doing!! It was the most theraputic gift for her possible!! If she could write you a letter she would tell she wouldn't have cared even IF that swim caused anything (which it didn't), she WANTED to swim and NEEDED to swim! She would want you to know she is so glad you gave her one of THE happiest moments since her amputation!! She would also tell you tht "second-guessing" is a human thing that dogs don't ever do.....and she would NOT want you to do something that would ever, ever, ever make you sad. She just can't wait til you focus onmthe funntimes, becausemthat's all she thinks about! Well, that and how much loving and spoiling she had every second she was with you!
Please know we are here fornyou. We understand. Having a commjnitywho understands and cares as much as we do, to "listen" helps sometmes.
Surroundingyou with Pepper's eternal grace and wagging tail.
