Hi, I'm new to this wonderful website. I just became a tripawd 2 weeks ago and I'm wondering if anybody has used the pet loader for the vehicles. My mom is having a hard time getting my 80lbs into her SUV. I'm not interested in the ramp thingy. Curious if the pet loader really works or event the Ottostep. I'm a rear amputee and the Ottostep looks a little scary to me... Any thoughts please? Thanks

How come you became a Tripawd? Tell us more!
As for the Ottostep versus the Pet Loader, we like 'em both but the Ottostep seems more convenient to us. We sell the Ottostep directly and have never had a return request, if that helps.
