Hi Jose, thanks for joining us. Tell us more about the dog, is he yours? How old? Why did he lose a leg?
There are things you can to do help protect against joint stress, as in braces and wheel chairs, but a dog's weight distribution is just that, 60% on front, as far as I know. Is the dog having mobility issues?
Prosthetics are an option but only if the dog has enough remaining stump to attach one to. These interviews with Orthopets tell more about prosthetics and braces.
