I need to order a harness but would like to see if anyone with a large breed dog (rear leg amputee) that has any recommendations. I am leaning toward the Get a Grip harness. My dog is a Rottie weighing about about 125 lbs.

We do recommend the Get A Grip for large dogs. You might consider a custom Pet Support Suit, also made by AST, for the perfect fit.
