Hi! Thanks for letting me post. My 61/2 yr.old rottwiellor recently had her back leg removed because of cancer. I started her on k-9 immunity and she seemed to be feeling better and eating okay. I gave her a dose of chemo,the pill form, and now I can't get her to eat anything, which is also making it hard to give her the supplements. I am considering not giving her any more chemo and just sticking to the supplements.I am worried that I will not be able to get her eating again. any suggestions or thoughts would be welcome. Thanks for asking Susan. There is all sorts of advice in these forums reagarding appetite and how to get it back. Try gamey meats like ground buffalo, elk, or venison.
Check our health tips page and search my blog for details about my cancer diet and metronomic therapy where I took Cytoxan for months. As my condition really worsened I eventually went on Prednisone which made me ravenous once again.

I can't speak from a chemo point of view, but I did have a greyhound who would not eat after he had been bitten by a snake.
I used Science Diet mixed with Ensure to get him to eat a bit until we finally tried a drug used mostly on cats called cyproheptadine. That finally got him to eat. Since it's a prescription, you will need to discuss this with your vet.
I hope she eats soon, I know this must be tough on you.
