From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

You guys crack me up. I'm gonna have to keep Cocoa away from the laptop, lest she pick up any unsavory ideas!
When I went to Alaska last summer, I found Yummy Chummies that are made from salmon. Costco and Petco sell them and Ranger and Athena love them! I had a dog Magggie that loved baby birds, and Kelly that really liked moles and mice (well she liked the mouse until she threw it up, then our other dog Sandy seemed to enjoy snacking on the throwup)...but I digress...none of these would probably do well in a Kong....Cocoa, I hope you stopped reading after the first sentence 
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

When mom and I used to go to the horsebarn, the horses would all leave big piles of "vitamin M". at least thats what the equine vets laughingly called it when mom was asking if I could get sick from eating it everyday….hehehehe
Daisy Doo will only eat soft prissy treats like Puperonis, cheese and anything off of dads plate. I like Milkbones, carrot sticks and anything off of moms plate.
Hmmmm, Favorite Treats…..Favorite Things…….What a minute!…………I feel a monkeydog song coming on…………

Spirit Samson was Spirit Tripawd Daisys four legged "brother" and ruled as the self proclaimed head of the Monkeybutt Federations East Coast Division. Lady Chunky Monkey stayed from Oct 2011 and left for the bridge in Apr 2012. Miss Perdy is left and has some big pawprints to fill.

Evelyn jumped on me and whacked me upside the head pretty hard, so I think I'm realigned now, Isabelle. I feel better. The whole idea of bacon strudel just really made me swoon. Thanks for reminding me who I am and who Samson is. Whew!

I like to bring mommy baby birdies in the house (for some reason they don't seem to survive the journey from the yard to the den, hmmmmmm). I haven't eaten one yet because I want to gift my mom with them. Monkeybaby likes to gift my mommy with dried poop. You should see how excited she gets when we gift her with stuff in the house!
