I am so sorry for what you are going through. Cancer really does suck. My prayers and with you and Tshuvah and with your sister.
It sounds like you have a good plan. You are right it is so hard to enjoy the good moments when you know that the bad is coming. I am a big fan of the Scarlett O'Hare method of thinking about it tomorrow.
