Michelle, my heart sank when I saw this post. Sassy lived such a wonderful life and I know you are so proud of how strong she was fighting this disease. She truly is a Warrior Princess! Now, she can rest easy and look down on her family, feeling your eternal love and sending hers back to you.

Oh Michelle...I am shocked and very sad end to hear the news of Sassy! I had not been on the boards for a couple weeks, read your discussions about Sassy and I even posted on the thread, now I feel real terrible!
I know this time is real rough and it seems like nothing can fill the void you have. We always keep hoping we are going to get more time with our buddies, and it just isn't enough. I know Sassy is with you in spirit and cherish those special memories you have.
My heart feels very broken for you. Hang in there!

Michelle, I am so sorry to just be seeing your post on Sassy. I don't know what brought me to the forum today, but I was hoping to see better news. Sassy fought hard and you gave her a wonderful life and a quality of life. RIP Sassy. Take Care Michelle.
Harley is an 8 year old Golden Retriever. Amp surgery for an infiltrative lipoma canceled due to two masses in chest. A rescue, he found his forever home on 3/18/07 and left for his eternal home on 1/09/13. His story and medical history are at http://myharley.....pawds.com/

Here is a picture of Sassy's urn & memorial tag that Rene made. It is an awesome tribute to Sassy. Still missing her a bunch but each day I don't cry. More great memories come to me and make me smile. Until I make posts or write on her blog then I bawl LOL.

That is beautiful. A work of art.
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. The only thing I would change about the urn is if it had 3 paws instead of 2 but I love it anyway. I guess they don't make Tripawd urns huh?
