My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

Chasing Butterflies. I used that song for Bosch last year for his memorial video. I know every word. Sometimes I play that on the way home. It is beautiful video and song.
I haven't gotten to watch the whole zoom video yet probably this weekend.
Write more when I get to watch the whole thing.

I'm sorry I missed it. I was hoping to be able to call in, but unfortunately I had another Zoom call for work. But you all and Wyatt Ray and Jerry were in my thoughts.
David and Rocky (and Baxter now too!)
Rocky had his right front leg amputated on Valentine's Day 2017 after being diagnosed with osteosarcoma.
He joined the September Saints on September 3, 2017.
He is the toughest, bravest, sweetest and best friend I'll ever know.
Awww thank you Michelle and David, we can feel the support and love and really appreciate it.
Michelle that song makes me cry, in a bittersweet way of course. It's perfect.

I'm so glad that you recorded Wyatt's memorial/tribute. It was great to hear about his feistiness. He sure took you for a ride including playing with you on zoom. He had both Rene and Jim fade out every now and then. How did he do that? I was expecting at least a hologram of Wyatt to appear at any moment.
How sweet that Wyatt was there for Rene's father's transition and he was able to enjoy his last few weeks being Wyatt with a heck of a lot of barking I'm sure.
I got a kick out of your embarrassment of some of his behaviours. Yes, it is humbling. But all of those things he ate!!! Wyatt!!! I must admit I laughed.
Thank you for giving us this opportunity to get to know Wyatt. Yes, I had tears and laughter too.

Rene and Jim - I am deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved Wyatt Ray
. I'm so glad that I was able to join the memorial to honor him (and go back and watch the beginning before I joined). There are so many things that I have learned from this Tripawds community and this service was no different. I really appreciated hearing you talk about how you planned for Wyatt's last days and explain why you did not share that information in advance. Like all of us here, I have struggled with the thought of planning for Griffin's transition and the clarity of purpose in how you approached that decision was really helpful for me to hear. Thank you for all you give to us in the Tripawds family and may the memory of Wyatt Ray

Griffin lived an amazing life for 11 years! Diagnosed with osteosarcoma on March 17, 2020, Griffin's right forelimb was amputated on April 2, 2020. Ten days later he was running and playing fetch! Lung metastasis discovered in July 2020 did not slow down Griffin and he lived joyfully for the next 7 months, passing peacefully at home on February 11, 2021. https://griffin.tripawds.com

Beautiful tribute. Thank you for sharing. We have a digital picture frame that for the past 2.5 yrs has been our tribute to Gabby. I have tears just typing that. A quarterly tribute to all who have passed is a lovely idea.
I know I don't participate very often but I do read the newsletters and appreciate you all.
