My warrior my friend, in these last 2 days I have looked for you high, and looked for you low.
I look and I look wondering where did you go.
I have looked on your bed and looked on your rug, I need so badly to find you ....
for one last hug.
I have looked at the house and looked at the cabin. I have looked near and far...
I have looked every place!
Why do I look? Why do I search? Because oh how I long to feel your kisses on my face...
What?? You say I found you ?? I did have that embrace?! Oh... I remember now,
your tongue ... it was so hot and so gentle on my face. You remind me my friend
And correct the error of my thinking, it is not one last hug I long for , but eternal hugs and eternal kisses,
to ask for one last one would be such a lie, because to accept that would only mean,
Once again having to say goodbye.......

I'm so sorry for your loss. Sooper Dooper Cooper was and is our hero.
Cynthia sent me the sad news, we were traveling with limited access. So our sympathies are late but no less heartfelt. I fell in love with his sweet face and just found so much strength in his brave story.

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Even though I am relatively new to the tripawds website, I cried when I read your post about Coop's passing, and I cried again just now. He was a beautiful brave boy and an inspiration to all of us with dogs battling cancer. Thank you for sharing your heart with us.

Chili Dawg crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 8/30/2011 & is now pain free. He was my heart dog, and I miss him every day.

Wow... Cooper started his journey shortly after Alexei and I remember his post surgery issues and all the wonderful posts after. I find myself staying away from the forum for longer periods of time because I dread seeing the community lose another brave soul. But for the same reason we log on because we don't want to miss the opportunity to support those in the midst of a loss and tell them how much they helped us when we were trying to cope. I am both happy Cooper had a great run and so sad he has physically left your side. He trully is a warrior. God bless you guys...
