Dr. Nancy Kay provides hundreds of tips for making medical decisions on behalf of your dog in her book Speaking for Spot.

Fresh Air just featured Dr. Kay on NPR. She had some great advice regarding cancer care for dogs and end of life considerations. Listen online.
