What a touching movie, thank you for sharing it with us. Don had such a sweet, angelic face. It's so clear he was a very loved member of the family.
We are very happy that you are able to share your heart with another puppy, and send many wishes for a long, happy life together. Hope your knee is healed, he's sure going to keep you busy!

Daniela, that was a beautifully poignant tribute to Don that so completely captured your bond.
Thank you for sharing.
It goes without saying that Tadži is a stunner. Isn't it incredible how the heart can suffer such sorrow, such grief and expand again to embrace love, laughter and hope.
Tadži will bring you much joy.

She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

What a beautiful tribute to your golden boy. I couldn't watch the whole thing, as it really made me tear up. I've been struggling alot lately with the loss of Skyler, which is one reason I've been quiet here. Love the pics of Taji. That made my heart smile.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful puppy! Reminds me of a joke I heard..."What is a difference between puppies and babies?" There is no such thing as an ugly puppy! Sorry, I just couldn't help myself 
Laughter is the best medicine!
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Daniela - what a beautiful video! I had to stop it halfway through just so I could regain my composure as the tears kept flowing (of course the music didn't help with the tears 
- lovely music btw) He was such a beautiful boy and I'm sure you miss him so much. I'm so happy for you that you have a new puppy (of course I'm partial to goldens and puppies!) and I hope Tadži brings you all the joy and happiness that your beloved Don did. Those puppy pictures just melt my heart! And I love that quote - no such thing as an ugly puppy! And that's the truth!!

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
