I am so sorry Karma. Brendol was such a beautiful dog. That photo of her with the bubbles shows the love and vitality with which she lived her life.
My heart aches for you.

Magnum: 30th May 2002 to 5th May 2012. Lost her back left leg to osteosarcoma on 5th Sep 2011. Lung mets found on 20th Mar 2012 but it was bone mets in the hip that ended her brave battle. Magnum's motto - "Dream as if you'll live for ever, live as if you'll die today" (James Dean). Loyal, loving, courageous and spirited to the end. I'm sorry I couldn't get to the computer last night- but I was thinking about you and Brendol.
This part of the journey is so hard, but I believe that the time we spend with our tripawds and the decisions we have to make give us the strength to get through.
I hope the love you shared with Brendol will give you some peace and comfort in the difficult days ahead.
Brendol lives on in your heart and so will always be by your side.

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012. Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013. Everybody that has posted, thank you so much. It's so hard to believe the fight is over and she is at peace, but that she is gone too. I am at work trying to keep my mind occupied on other things and waves of grief just hit me as my mind wanders to memories and to yesterday. Don't know what else to say other than, just thank you.
Adelaide is a young tripawd Husky, from an injury. Her amp was on 10/1/12. She has 4 sisters, Aissa (a senior border collie/chow), Maggie May (a puppy Great Pyrenees), Mathilde and Morrigan and 1 baby brother, Bagheera. We are all watched over by our angel Brendol, who was dx with OSA 1/30/13, amp on 2/6/13, and left us on 8/20/13.

I am so very sorry about the loss of your beloved Brendol. There are no words to ease your pain,; you have been such a wonderful mom to her-she was so fortunate to have you. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. May the memories of Brendol give you peace; we are thinking of you and sending you huge hugs.

Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.

Hi everyone. Life is moving onward and my pack is hanging in there too. Everybody that sent me encouraging words, I thank you. This community was a great source of support and I greatly appreciate it.

I,m really glad you posted this because, like you said, the blogs are really hopping! I was one of the lucky ones and was able to glimpse it!
If you missed it, please check it out! It's beautiful and, of course, the pictures of Brendol are splendid!
Jerry taught me to check the "blogs" button inthe little black line under the banner. That's where all the blogs go once they're off the frong page. I always feel badly when I see one that has no responses because I kow it just means no one got a chance to see it. And I hope the "bloggers" understand that too:-)
