Two years ago today we said goodbye to our beautiful Misty girl. She was only 2 years old. She was strong and brave but OSA was stronger. We miss her everyday.

Ohhh, I'm so sorry about your loss. She is just sooo beautiful.
Thank you for comng here and letting us kow about Misty and allowing us to see that STUNNINGY BEAUTIFUL girl.
She is strong and brave and sne IS livi g on in your heart and in ours! And no stupid disease can EVER take away that kind of eternal spirit!
I wasn't "here" when Mksty was on her journey, but I'm going to go back and find ner posts later and get to now her better. I already kow sne was loved and spoiled and had the best life with yoj!!
Thanks for allowing js the privilege to be part of her journey. Her life matters.

Oh gosh, I just went back and read your posts. What a loved girl. Right up til her crossover she still had spark enough to want her tennis ball thrown.....even if she didn't chase after it, she still enjoyed that connection.
Do you still have Millie, Toby and...oh dear...bad memory....is it Lola?
The quotes that Shelby's mom put on there really were spot on. See, that Misty girls still rezching out touching our lives! Her legacy ks carrying on!
And I got to know more about Angel's story too! Misty and Angel DEFINITELY picked you! Had you both in mind even before they came here in their little "puppy clothes"!

And update: yes we still have Millie she is 9. We have her daughter Lola who is 6 and the newest addition Ellie is 1 yr 10 mos. I like to give her age like that because it justifies her behavior!!!!!!!!

Misty was beautiful. You can see the love in her eyes. Taken way too soon, for sure. I'm sorry for the hole she leaves behind, but I'm thrilled she was powerful enough to punch that hole in. We miss you, Misty.

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
