I posted this picture of Tasha because it is one of my favorites, you can see the joy and happiness that she had for life.
Tasha celebrated her 19th month ampuversary living and loving her life on 3 legs before a secondary cancer took her from us.
Tasha always in my heart, I love you and miss you so much my beautiful girl.
Tasha 8 years old, First cancer diagnosis 6/26/09, Last cancer diagnosis 9/26/09, Amputation 10/01/09, Loving our girl moment by moment.
Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
Oh my gosh, Tasha was gorgeous! I know the anniversaries of losing our pups are so hard, we still cry over losing Zeus' brother over two years ago. Wishing you much peace and many happy memories!

Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11. A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...

doesn't seem possible that it's been a year. tasha was such a warrior, she is missed by all of us.

Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends
Tasha was much loved here (and still is), and her memory will live on forevermore.
Awwww. We sure miss Tasha too. She was always such a bright spot here.
The one year anniversaries are so hard. So, JoAnn please know that you and Tasha are loved by all of us here. And those of us that got to go through your journey are especially are sad.
I hope you find a moment to smile today thinking of the good memories.

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
