Thank you all for your advice. We are learning something new everyday. He is starting to play more and more each day. I am truly amazed to watch him everyday. I am going to keep him on the probiotic and he is also taking a daily multi-vitamin.

Rocky looks like he is laughing….
Trust me - HE IS LAUGHING! He's a happy boy!
Comet had stamina when we got her at about 6 months old because she had always been 3-legged. But I did notice that her back thighs were that of a speed skater within about 6 months of having her. You may notice that with Rocky after a few months.
I wouldn't worry about stamina right now - too soon out of surgery. Comet in her prime could only walk/hop for 1/2 mile at the most. Playing with the water hose or playing fetch with the ball, she could go for a good hour until she would collapse!
I would suggest using a harness and retractable leash (good one - Flexi brand) on a tripawd because their pace is different and they need momentum to move forward. I didn't use a harness on Comet and she had neck issues when she was a senior. That's why you'll see her with a ribbon and bow on her neck - I didn't put a collar on her at home.
Keep the pictures coming!!!! (and video if you can!)

Awwwwww! I seriously don't think they get any cuter than him!
How big do you think Rocky will get? Didn't you say he was around 6 months old? Oh, and one other question - if you don't want him, I'll take him!
Have you started a blog yet for Rocky?

We figure Rocky is around 5 - 6 months old. From the size of his feet, we think he is going to be around 80 or 90 lbs. Sorry Comet... We sort of fell head over heels for the little guy. He has us wrapped... (He knows it too!) A visit maybe but can't have him... LOL
No, I haven't started a blog yet. I really should with all of the people who are interested in him... Easier to post pics and video as well!
I just had to share this picture though..... He sits in the recliner with Dad just like a human. It is hysterical!
