Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Aww I have seen Brads passport so now just waiting for Leah's passport to be completed and then they should be arriving by the end of April beginning of May!!Â
I think I have everything ready although trying to make them some coats as its going to be chilly here compared to the warm climate they have left behind them lol. XÂ

I will admit I am not someone who is impulsive lots of hours of discussion before we decided to adopt Brad and then Leah! I have had had many steps back with Leo that may have put other people off but it makes me determined to give these gorgeous pair a life of love and fun as I want them to know what it feels like to be part of a family and to have me supporting them and fighting their corner all the way!Â
Since deciding that our home and our hearts were available to them we have never thought this is a bad idea as its never entered our head!
i really hope that maybe Brad and Leah can path the way for other dogs in their home country to get their own forever homes to!Â
Mddb do amazing work and help so many dogs no matter what state they maybe found in!Â

YAAAAAAAAAY!!!! SOOOOOOO EXCITING!!!! Honest to goodnes, this really is one kf thise head ro toes chills knowing how lucky these two are to have a furever home with you!
And for them to have ahuman companion travel with them for comfort and security...just wonderful!! I knkw the tip, all the strange noises, smells, the sensations in their bodies that flying will give them...all scary and stressful. I have no doubt all that will be wiped out after a few days of being loved by you and your pack!
CANNOT WAIT TO SEE PICS and, hopefully videos too! It was so much fun to see their videos from Malaysia stylin' the Tripawds scarves! Way to represent.....all the way to Malaysia! 🙂

So my gorgeous new friends are arriving ..... NEXT WEEK!!!!Â
How excited at that 26th the fly arrive on the 28th! 17 hour flight but I am sure they will think it was totally worth it!!Â
Stupidly excited 😉 now when can we claim our rescue money to go to Malaysia dogs deserve better rescue!!Â
I am in debted to them and you all for putting us together!Â
