Glad to hear she is doing better and drinking. That goat's milk is good stuff!
Right now she should only be going on leashed walks, at least until her stitches are out. After that, very short walks of 10-15 minutes each a couple times a day is more than enough for a Tripawd still in recovery mode.
As for getting down and up on the bed/furniture. Assisting her is the best idea, especially now.
