Reign an 8 year old 13 lb dachshund had 2 lumps removed 2 weeks ago and had a histo done. Both came back ISNP. We are waiting 2 more weeks to start treatment since as of right now she isn't showing anymore signs of lumps and to give her time tofinish  healing from surgery. She will be on steroids to suppress her immune system. Is there anything else that we can do to help her?

As far as I know surgery and anti-inflammatories are the best way to treat this.

Thank you that is what everything I'm finding says but it's nice to get another opinion! Any suggestions for after the treatment to prevent another flare up?

Usually low dose prednisone although not all dogs will have another episode.
