Trying to do some research to see if cryosurgery can control and or rid an oral HSA or histiocystic sarcoma, my girl has been dx with, she already has a heart HSA and a liver HSA, spleen is still clean, the others are inoperable per-say, as surgical risk has no guarantee spread is most likely occuring as its in multiple organs. So trying to find out how to control the oral mass as otherwise she is really doing very well. I think usually they would take the teeth and tissue down to bone.. but IDK if at this point I should go that route but need to find a way to maintain and control our situation for her to stay comfortable. See my last blog for pics.

You are sooooo great at researching, I know you'll find out the best path for this hurdle. Neka is a WARRIOR, she can overcome this just like everything else that's so unfairly happened to her. Fight on Neka!

Since you are not looking for a cure but rather managing her pain I think that cryosurgery or laser would be fine, depending on the size of the mass.

You might want to call your local emergency clinic since they usually have a good idea what surrounding vets are capable of.
