The OSU Health & Wellness Program is AWESOME! They also do free chemo for greyhounds with osteosarcoma, but you probably already know that. Dr Couto (the guy I know most about & have emailed) is such a nice guy, and he has a marvellous team.
They'll do online referral consults for vets, using digital x-rays, and are always happy to help with diagnoses for that and for other greyhound-specific problems. If I were in the US, I'd push for a referral there if I had any doubts.
