Hi there! Thanks for joining. Your future posts won't need approval so post away.
What's your pup's name? And what was the reason for the amputation? Was her recovery pretty good otherwise?
I'm not a vet but I wanted to give you some thoughts since I'm not sure when our Fairy Vet Mother will see your reply. From our experience, any time a dog is restless and jitttery that's a common pain indicator. To learn how dogs exhibit signs of pain see

What has her daily activity level been like? How long are her walks? Are there other dogs in the house that she's playing with very often? Oftentimes we see dogs do too much too soon after amputation, and this is one common sign that they haven't built up enough strength. Here are some Tripawds Gear blog posts about building up strength and stamina, and our e-book Loving Life On Three Legs is filled with even more. I would also consider getting evaluated by a rehab therapy vet, who can pinpoint the cause and give you a prescription for helping her to get strong. The best part is, the Tripawds Foundation will even pay for your first consult.
I hope this helps. Stay tuned for other feedback and keep us posted on how she's doing OK?

Your post title says amputation site constantly moving- is that in addition to the jittery legs?
What meds is she on? If she is off all pain meds when did she have her last dose? Does it coincide with the jittery legs you are seeing now?
Jerry had some good input and questions for you too.
More info will help with input.
