Not a good update from my new tripod. icon_cry

There is another tumor on the neck. At the same place where the mast cell tumor was removed in the summer. I suppose there's no point in operating again now? Because last time it was already close, to remove the tumor with a sufficient safety margin. But how does it go on now? How long can she still live well with the tumor?

It really depends on what grade the mast cell is; typically there is extra skin on the neck that allows for another surgery. Have you already tried Palladia?
