TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. Zoe had a non skeletal Osteosarcoma removed in July 2015. No Chemo, she was at least 16. She is going strong although she is now completely blind. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Jerry would approve of those of us staying even if our remaining family members have four legs! But if not, we can always photoshop!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Chandler is so handsome !! I sometimes get sad when I think of our remaining pups, after their best buddy leaves us......my Pearl surely misses Polly as well, and she now also has a habit that drives me insane, and never did it till Polly passed away. She will incessantly lick her front right leg, which incidentally, is the same leg Polly lost. I often just shake my head and just wonder.........
About us staying here after we have lost our special and precious Tripawds...... I think we are now the alumni class and have achieved life-time membership.....we have been through everything, start to finish with our pups, so we all have a special wall of honor, just like our ugly "c" fighting warrior pups do.......Is that ok, Rene ??!!

Ditto! Shelby's passing will be her legacy here and her mama will stick around to support the newbies like all the others supported us! You're stuck w/us!! When I get passionate about something, there is no stopping me!!!
And well, Jasper Lily needs to know where her roots are!!! It keeps her and Shelby connected! Someone mentioned on my FB page yesterday that Jasper Lily was adorable like her angel sister. I loved that! 
Shelby is her sister that she never met.

I just re-read my post and need to correct the wording in my one sentence........I meant, "just like our brave warrior pups that have fought the ugly "c" do" .......I think I made it sound like our pups were ugly.......how dumb....!!!
