I have searched & searched & searched but to no avail:
A couple weeks ago someone posted about an adorable tag that their vet had given them for their tripawd... Or maybe it was in somebody's blog? It looked handmade & said something like "please watch over this dog"... I absolutely LOVED that tag & would like a similar one but I didn't make a note of where I saw it!
Does anyone remember this post (or blog) or which forum it was in or who posted it or ANYTHING? 
Pretty sure I didnt dream it, but nothing is outside the realm of possibility lately...

Im pretty sure its the St Francis tag. My girlfriend got me one when Cadence got sick. It says: Good St Francis, lover of all creatures. To you, they were your brother and sisters. By the power of love, we ask you to bless this animal, enable it to live accordingly to your plan. St Francis, watch over my pet and keep it safe, on earth and in heaven. Then there is a llittle tag that you can attach to the collor of your dog. I cried when my girlfriend gave this to me. Hope this was what you were looking for. I can ask her tomorrow where she got it.

I'm pretty sure the one I'm thinking of was given to them by their dog's veterinary team...
I can't believe I didn't make a note of it somewhere; my memory is terrible & I KNOW if I don't write something down I may never retrieve it.
I remember seeing it, too. Although I'm not sure if the one I remember is the one you remember! I think I saw it on Powder's Facebook page. I tried to check, but it appears the Facebook page has been taken down. Maybe you can try to contact Powder's family?

We did this St. Francis one a long time ago for people but I'm pretty sure it's not what you're thinking of.

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
