Wanted to share a great book I've been reading this weekend..... 'Mind Over Medicine'' by Lissa Rankin MD. Has anyone read it? I think it just came out a couple months ago. A friend of mine, who is one of the people I most admire in the world, came in town for a visit and to see Atlas and she brought me this book. Talks a lot about the power of positive thinking. I'm only half way through but am already feeling the effects. Getting back to my self care for my codependency issues......going to a 12 step meeting tonight.
Probably sharing too much, but never mind my issues.......it's a great book for everyone.

05/04/2006 - Bosch, Sassy's pal, earned his wings 03/29/19 fought cancer for 4 months.

Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
