I know, I know. Long time no post. Not much to say for myself - just settling into the new house. But Wallee brought me a present the other day and Roxy's reaction was pretty funny. Or maybe just funny to me, IDK. Maybe it's Wallee's reaction/attitude that's funny. Certainly speaks volumes. For the record, I did not think the poor thing was alive until it blinked. I quit filming then and took it outside. I have no idea if it survived the ordeal. Hugs!

OK I thought the video was hysterical too! I mean she was sooooo gentle, like she was just saying "Come on, I know you want to play but just show me you aren't going to kill me OK?"
Meanwhile Wallee was like "Get a load of this dingaling, she can't cope!"
I can say for sure that Wyatt Ray would have had that critter in his mouth in a heartbeat. Sweet Roxy is a dear!
Thank you for sharing, this made my day. I need all the dog entertainment I can get these days (and oh cat videos too Wallee!).
Glad you are settling in the new place. We waved to you on our way to Fort Collins last month. When this stupid pandemic is behind us we are having a Tripawds gathering, darnit!

LMAO!!! 🤣😂🤣😂 ABSOLUTELY HYSTERICALLY FUNNY!! I assure you MIT's funny to anyone watching this!! The focus and uncertainty of Roxy and the look on Wallee's face observing it all ....PRICELESS!!!
So many "-thought bubbles" we could attribute to Wallee. Mostly, I think Wallee was enjoying watching big brave Roxy being so scared of this poor little critter. Wallee had to . chuckle at how clueless Roxy was when it came to "hunting" and "playing" with the prize.
And yes, it certainly looked like the critter had already passed on. That did make it easier to watch and find the humor in Rozy and Wallee's funny expressions and reactions.
Thanks for bringing us some laughter and joy! There have been a lot of our tripawd family members and our extended members who have headed to the Rainbow Bridge this entire month of April (April's Angels)..

I'm glad you enjoyed it. The Wallee and Roxy show is, by and large, highly entertaining. They have an interesting relationship. I've had people think the video had frozen because Roxy was barely breathing at the beginning. Wallee's ears being the only sign that it's not frozen. Clearly Roxy had absolutely zero intention of putting that thing in her mouth. Hell, she didn't really want to even touch it. They are a bit prickly - and I would bet money Wyatt would have that thing in his mouth in a flash.
I'm so sorry the Bridge has been so busy this month. Hard on everyone. Glad I could lighten the mood even a little.
and look, there's my girl! of course she turned up yesterday.

Weird, it looked like I was logged in when I wasn't.
Yes, birthday was Wednesday and quiet as all midweek birthdays are over the age of 6. Early dinner and drinks with friends after work because one must get home to feed the beasts.
I'm glad I was born as well - where would I be if I wasn't??

Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"
