I met a very great local artist here. He does all hand drawings from a picture of your dog. I thought I would share how I decided to memorialize my Sassy Sugar Bear. He does awesome work. He does any breed of dog and I found the eyes to be so awesome. They capture the soul.

Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

Just BEAUTIFUL!
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. This is an 11x14 but he does many many sizes. I wanted a nice size just because Sassy is so special to me. She is my heart.

I responded a little more in depth on your blog post but I had to click on here anyway just to see that astoundingly beautiful and touching portrait of your heart and soul, SASSY SUGAR BEAR I could look at that portrait a hundred times and find out something new about her each time just by gazing into her eye!!!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Thank you Rene. I saw it on the FB page. Everytime I see it I smile. He did such a great job. He treasures every dog, cat or animal that he does. Sassy's picture will be a part of his "Wall of Fame" in his studio and he asked if when I come to pick it up if he can get a picture with her

I can't tell you how many to es I come back to see Sassy's picture!! I burst with pride and well up with all sorts of emotion every time and she's not even m pup:-) we are all extended family though!
Just want you to know I took a picture of her picture on my trac phone so I could show it to people at work!! She's a super star......famous all over!!

Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012. Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013.
