I'm terribly sorry that sweet Comet's mom felt it necessary to cover her eyes and that some were left speechless. Remember, this is Austin and as Shanna said "Keep Austin Weird" 
Did Rhonda say she was getting on a plane? Carmen, to say your thread has drifted would be a gross understatement 
7) I have found with age I have become a lot less forgetful at least to the extent that I remember forgetting a lot less!
8) Not one to straddle the fence throughout my life I have come to realize that it would have been much less exhausting if I had been.

She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Of course Pattie knows! In fact we were both talking and thought we should all get together someday and maybe go on a cruise or something. I promise to leave all my skirts at home and not just the red ones. So whose in?

HOLY CRAP, I'VE GONE GLOBAL!!!!
I hope this isn't my 15 minutes of fame, I was thinking something different than this. But I will say, that is a good lookin' guy, Gus, I mean. Like I said, what you see is what you get!!!!! Did someone suggest a cruise, I'm in. I am partial to the warm destinations myself.

I figured she did - Bob 'usually' runs things by me before he posts something like that photo. Cruise? I'd be interested, not sure about my other half - he's turning into a home body and a money hoarder. I never thought I would see the day!

Well, to be honest I didn't exactly run it by her. She saw it bit later after I posted it. She's use to it. Okay, we have Dan, Shanna ( and hopefully Bob), and...........???? We can go anytime between now and Feb. 15th and from Oct 1st on. I've never been on a cruise but the wife has tried to get me to go for years.
